Address and phone updates can be completed directly in our 2.0 Control Panel. Outside of this, Primary or Billing Contacts are authorized to request account-related changes such as address and phone updates. We regret that we are unable to accept these requests 'On Behalf of' without confirmation from the Primary or Billing Contact in writing. Please note that Technical Contacts are not authorized to request such changes, as these changes fall under the strict purview of the Primary or Billing Contact.
