Upon initial Account Termination notice, all customer accounts under a Partner will be suspended. Lift of suspension will require past-due amount paid in full, or payment terms to be agreed upon by the CloudPlus Executive Team. The Partner will have 5 working days to reconcile the account or the account will move to final termination. Upon final termination, any customers under the Partner will be moved to another partner within our system and any remaining balances will be sent to collections.
