With the ConnectWise Sync function in your Partner Control Panel, Customer accounts in the Control Panel can be synced with the Companies list in ConnectWise.  This article lists the ConnectWise fields that are mapped to the Customer account.






Company - Required field. Maps to the Company Name field in the Customer account.


Phone - Optional field.  Maps to the Office Phone # field in the Customer account.


Address - Required field.  Maps to the Company Address fields in the Customer account.


Web Site - Required field.  Maps to the Primary Domain Name and Website URL fields in the Customer account.


Type - Required field.  Must be set to Customer-CloudPlus to sync the ConnectWise Company to a Customer account in the Control Panel.


Company ID - Required field.  Maps to the Customer Account # field.  If the data contained in the field is non-numerical or is a number that is already in use on our system, the ConnectWise sync will automatically create a duplicate Company record with the associated Customer Account # during a subsequent sync session.
