The following list contains the mailbox access type limitations when sharing calendars, folders or contact folders.
  • Calendar, and their sub folders can be be shared from a Full Access Account and OWA. And can be opened with both OWA and a Full Access account.
  • Contacts and their sub-folders can be shared with a Full Access account, but NOT OWA. And can Only be open with a Full Access account.
