The following article will assist you in recovering a deleted item within OWA:
1. Log in to the Outlook Web App at https://na02.msexchangeoutlook.com/
2. Right-click on the Deleted Items folder in the left-hand folder list.
3. Click Recover Deleted Items.
4. Select the item you would like to recover from the Deleted Items window.
5. Click Recover.
