The following article contains illustrated steps on how to configure your Outlook 2016 to either your Exchange services or Office 365 account.

  1. Open Outlook 2016 program.

  2. From within the Outlook 2016 Ribbon, navigate to the Tools Tab then Select Accounts



  3. Click on the Exchange or Office 365 button to begin the AutoDiscover process.

  4. You will be prompted to enter the E-mail Address and password of the account you are going to add.



You will need to add in the following information:

  1. E-mail Address
  2. Authentication Method: Username and Password
  3. Username: Same as E-mail Address
  4. Password

5. Once you select Add Account, the Outlook 2016 client will attempt to AutoConfigure to your Exchange or Office 365 service.
