MX records are what tell the internet where to direct e-mail. By changing your MX records, you ONLY effect where mail is going, not your web site. 


You will need to contact whoever is hosting your DNS to do this. It is most likely the company that registered your domain (aka Registrar) or hosts your web site. Most domain hosting services allow you to change your domain information online. You will need to change the MX record for your domain to point to our servers. 


Every DNS interface is different. If you are not familiar with changing the MX records (i.e. have never done it before) please contact your Registrar or our Support Team for assistance. 

The Exchange 2007, Exchange 2010, Exchange 2013, and Zimbra MX Records need to reflect the following:

mx01.securembox.com - 10
mx02.securembox.com - 20
mx03.securembox.com - 30
mx04.securembox.com - 40

Please ensure that ALL domain aliases are adjusted to reflect the updated settings.

Microsoft Office 365 MX Records need to reflect the following:

customerdomain.mail.protection.outlook.com - 10

Note: For 'customerdomain' you should enter the primary domain for your account, with a hyphen instead of a period. For example, the record for 'domain.com' would be 'domain-com.mail.protection.outlook.com.

Note: When using Reflexion, you will need to configure Reflexion to route to the appropriate mail service.
