The following article outlines the service restoration policy for private label partners.
Current Service Restoration Policy Rates
Deleting the organization or service via Partner Control Panel, Retail Control Panel, or API may be recoverable with three options:
Wrongful accusations of service termination, and/or deletion, and or alteration that is investigated and found to be in fact executed by the Private Label Partner; or executed in proper procedure* will be billable to the requesting Partner at $100 per hour penalty charge**, per Engineer tasked to do the research.
*Proper procedure examples: 'Suspension due to non-payment', 'Termination of service due to an email/written request'.
**Penalty charge example: '3 Engineers for 2 hours researching and detecting "end-user" error/execution is billable at a total of $600 in addition to the Recovery Charge.'
Partner's must request restoration in writing by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. This will automatically assign the request a ticket number. Please include the following information:
1. The Organization/Domain affected
2. The Service that must be restored
3. The method used to remove the service/organization
4. The approximate time of removal
5. The option(s) you have chosen for recovery
6. Any other pertinent information (such as Display Names/Email addresses)
Once the request is received and management has approved the restoration, you will receive a reply to the ticket. The reply will include the Professional Services Charge that must be paid in full before the restoration process will begin.
All restorations are completed Monday thru Friday based on the availability of the Engineering Team. There is no guarantee of a complete restoration. Our Team will do our best to recover all data to its original format.
