Are your messages stuck in the Outbox of Outlook?

1. Open the message in the Outbox, then close the message.
2. Click on the message and press Delete.
3. Put Outlook in Offline Mode (File > work off-line).
4. Restart Outlook. 
5. You should be able to delete or move the e-mail to a different folder
