Are you trying to create a recurring appointment, meeting or task in Outlook Web App? Follow the steps below to set one up:

1. Log into Outlook Web App at


2. Click on the Calendar icon in the lower left corner.


3. Create a new appointment, meeting, or task, or open one that has already been created.


4. On the toolbar, click the Repeat icon at the top of the window.


5. Set up your appointment recurrence as needed.


6. Click OK.

7. Click Save and Close. Or click on Send Update to send updated meeting requests.

Please Note: You can modify meeting requests to repeat only if you created them.
